With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
||Measure from center back from base of neck to hip.
||Measure at the base of your neck (at Adam’s apple), keeping tape a bit loose.
||Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.
||Keep one finger between tape and body, measure around body where pant waist normally rides. For wearing comfort measure over shirt, not over pant.
||Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
