If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the order within 30 days of purchase for a refund as long as the original packaging and tags are in place. Any item(s) returned after 30 days will receive store credit. Clearance Items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What is your shipping policy?
Orders $50 and over receive free Economy Shipping. Expedited shipping is available at a cost to the customer which is calculated at checkout. Expedited orders that are received by 11:00am EST will SHIP SAME DAY. After 11:00am orders will ship the next business day. PO BOX is not available as an address - Street address is needed for UPS.

What is the Warranty on Tsunami & Maxel Rod?
Bimini Bay Outfitters LTD.® warrants your rod to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, or normal expected wear. If your rod has a defect within the terms of the warranty, return it to us insured along with $25.00 payment for handling and return shipping charges and we will repair or replace your rod, at our option, without further cost. If, however, we determine after inspection that the repair is not covered by the provisions of this warranty, the rod will be repaired or replaced at a reasonable charge for labor and parts. All warranties, which may be implied by operation of law, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, shall be limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase. In no event shall Bimini Bay Outfitters LTD.® be liable for consequential or special damages for breach of this warranty or any other warranty, which may be implied by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential or special damages. So the above limitation and / or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Warranty is valid in the USA only.
Can I buy a top or bottom section of my rod?
In some cases, yes, you can. This is on a rod-by-rod basis and it is best to contact BBOretailcustomerservice@bimini-bay.com for details.
What is the warranty on my Tsunami Saltx Reel?
TSUNAMI warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in the material or workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt for all warranty claims. Certified warranty centers or Bimini Bay Outfitters will have to authorize all repairs deemed under warranty.

What is the warranty on my Maxel Reel?
Bimini Bay Outfitters, Ltd.® warrants your Maxel® reel to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, normal expected wear, lack of proper maintenance or modification. If your Maxel reel has a defect within the terms of the warranty, return it to us, insured, along with a clear description of the problem encountered. Certified warranty centers or Bimini Bay Outfitters, Ltd. will have to authorize all repairs deemed to be under warranty. We will repair or replace your reel, at our option, without cost. If, however, we determine after inspection that any work is not covered by the provisions of this warranty, the reel will be repaired or replaced at a reason­able charge for parts, labor and return shipping. You will be notified regarding the costs incurred for non-warranty repairs before any work is begun.

What is the warranty on BloodGuard Apparel?
BloodGuard® apparel (excluding decoration) is warrantied to be BLOOD resistant (ink and dye stains are excluded) for one (1) year from date of purchase from an authorized retailer. If your BloodGuard® garment (excluding decoration) is BLOOD stained and the stain does not come out after you apply a pre-wash treatment and wash it according to the care instructions, Bimini Bay Outfitters, Ltd., at its sole discretion, will remedy or replace with an equivalent new garment.
To qualify for Bimini Bay’s BloodGuard® warranty, the original purchaser must return the BLOOD stained garment along with the return request form to Bimini Bay Outfitters Ltd.

3. Submit credit card information on Return Request form for cost ($9.95) of shipping & handling of the return of your remedied or replaced BloodGuard® garment and any applicable sales tax.
